Where/how to get
Requires 55 Smithing to make along with Mithril bar, Maple logs, and a Hammer then use the anvil outside Otto Godblessed's House in Barbarian Village. Also can be attained from Grand Exchange, and Players.

Making one Hasta gives you 100 Smithing exp points. You will need to make 1 Spear before Otto will allow you to make a Hasta. Hasta's also can be poisoned. As a point of interest, Hasta in Latin means spear.
