Other information
Right-click the Skull Sceptre and select 'Invoke' to teleport to Barbarian Village. Right-click the Skull Sceptre and select 'Divine' to see how many times you can teleport. You cannot teleport from Wilderness level 20+. The sceptre has five charges. After all the charges have been used, the item disappears. It cannot be recharged.
