Where/how to get
Complete 250 perfect laps (without failing any obstacles) in the Gnome Stronghold advanced agility course. You do not need to complete all the laps in a row. Level 85 Agility is required to earn this item. Once you are eligible for the item, speak to a gnome instructor to claim your reward. If you lose it, you can speak to a gnome instructor to get a new one.

Other information
A lower weight will increase the time a player is able to run. However, the rate at which run energy decreases cannot be improved by having a negative weight instead of 0 kg.
