Where/how to get
Complete 250 perfect laps (without failing any obstacles) in the Barbarian advanced agility course. Level 90 Agility is required to earn this item. Once you are eligible for the item, speak to Gunnjorn to claim your reward. If you lose it, you can speak to Gunnjorn to get a new one.

Other information
A lower weight will increase the time a player is able to run. However, the rate at which run energy decreases cannot be improved by having a negative weight instead of 0 kg.
