Item uses
Prevents you from being skulled when entering the Abyss. Player still suffers from Prayer drain. Once inside the Abyss, you can unequip it and still not be skulled. If you are teleblocked by a revenant, you can use one charge to allow yourself to teleport, however wearing it will not allow you to teleport deeper than level 20 Wilderness. This item has 5 charges before breaking.
