Use a Jug of vinegar with a pot.

Used in the Rag and Bone Man quest. Use one of the bones that you collect during the quest with the Pot of vinegar. Then, put your logs under the pot-boiler next to the Rag and Bone man, and use the pot with bones on the pot-boiler. Use your tinderbox and fire the logs. Just wait some seconds and the bones are polished and cleaned.
