Where/how to get
Obtained during Making History. It can be found by digging north of the Castle Wars. Use an enchanted key to locate it; the key will get warmer as you get closer to where the chest is located.

Other information
During the quest Making History, use the enchanted key with it. Inside you will find a journal, and then you throw away the chest.
