If you fight these dragons in the Wilderness, beware of revenants. You can use trees and charred bones as obstacles so you can easily range/mage them.
In the Brimhaven dungeon, there are also several obstacles, but you will also be attacked by wild dogs which are also found in this area.
The Red dragon is able to hit 160 with melee and over 500 with it's dragonfire. Better bring some Antifire!
The Red Dragon can hit 50+ if you don't have an Anti-dragon shield, so be sure to have it equipped at all times when fighting it. Its melee attack hits up to 16.
