Can be obtained by killing Tormented Demons after completing While Guthix Sleeps. However, you do not need to complete the quest to wield them or use the special attack.

Other information

This weapon has a special attack which uses 50% of the special attack bar, Slice and Dice, which results in four very quick attacks performed at once, with a good chance of inflicting a lot of damage. The amount of damage dealed is based on the first of the four attack: The second attack deals 50% of the damage from the first attack, and the third and fourth attack deal 25% of the first (50% of the second). For example, if the first attack deals 20 hp, the total amount would be 20+10+5+5=40.
