Item uses
Given to you and used during Icthlarin's Little Helper to prove to the High Priest of Sophanem that the Sphinx sent you to him. Once you've shown it to the High Priest you will be able to talk to him at any time without the token. If you manage to lose it during the quest, you can get a new one by speaking to the Sphinx in Sophanem.
