K'ril Tsutsaroth uses magic and melee based attacks. He can hit up to 49 with melee and 40 with magic. It is possible to use protect from melee/magic, but there is a change that he breaks through your Protect from melee prayer. If he does so, he will hit with increased strength and lower your prayer level by half of the damage done.
It is one of the most poisonous monsters in the game, and the poison starts at 16 damage per hit. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to bring Antipoisons. It is immune to poison from poisoned weapons.
When entering the chamber, your prayer level is drained to 0, so it is a must to bring prayer potions.
This demon is classified as a lesser demon by Slayer masters. Killing it when assigned to lesser demons will give 350.5 Slayer XP. Players can also take advantage of Black mask or Slayer helmet if they kill this monster during a lesser demon task.
