Where/how to get
Requires 75 Smithing to make along with Adamant bar, Yew logs, and a Hammer then use the anvil outside Otto Godblessed's House in Barbarian Village. Also can be attained from Grand Exchange, and Players.

Making one Hasta gives you 125 Smithing exp points. You will need to make 1 Spear before Otto will allow you to make a Hasta. Hasta's also can be poisoned. As a point of interest, Hasta in Latin means spear.
