Item uses
This staff enables the user to cast the Iban blast spell. When obtained, the staff has 120 charges. When casting on players, two charges are drained per spell, however casting on NPCs only drains one charge per spell. To recharge the staff, take it to the second well in the underground pass. 50 magic is required to cast Iban blast, and it can hit up to 250.

Where/how to get
This item is obtained upon completion of the Underground pass quest.
