Where/how to get
Bring a Lava battlestaff and 40,000gp to Thormac, and he will enchant it into a Mystic lava staff. You must complete the Scorpion Catcher quest before you can do this. Buy the staff from another player or on the Grand Exchange. You don't need to do the quest to wield the staff.
