Start: Unferth, located in Burthorpe.

Needed quests: Ichtlarin's Little Helper and Gertrude's Cat.

Needed items:
• Cat or Kitten (If you don't have one, buy a new one from Gertrude for 100gp)
• Amulet of Catspeak (Obtained in the Ichtlarin's Little Helper quest)
• 5 Death Runes
• Logs
• Tinderbox
• 4 Potato Seeds
• Rake (Bought in any farming shop)
• Seed Dibber (Bought in any farming shop)
• Shears
• Bucket of Milk (Go to a Cow field and milk a dairy cow)
• Chocolate Cake (Use some chocolate on a Cake, check our Cooking guide for more info)
• Desert Robes (Can be bought in the Shantay Pass south of Al-Kharid)
• Vial of Water

Recommended items:
• Teleport runes to Varrock and Falador
• Games Necklace

Walkthrough

1. The start
You can teleport to Burthrope with your Games Necklace. Remember your kitten/cat and Amulet of Catspeak, and of course the other stuff. When you are there, walk to east side and talk to Unferth in a house. He will tell you that he lost his cat Bob, but your cat will come out.

2. Open your amulet.
Head to north east house, and talk to Hild. She will tell you that she needs 5 death runes to enchant your amulet. The amulet will tell you where bob is. When you give her them, she will enchant it. You should try to open it, and there will appear a cat face on it. Try to press on the arrow many times until the eyes will open. If the arrow light in south side, Bob will be in south side. Run around to find him.

3. Bob
When you find Bob, talk to him. He will tell you that he is in love. He will not remember his parents either. Your kitten will now visit Gertrude, so teleport or walk to Varrock and talk to her.

4. Gertrude
Head to Gertrude and your cat will be happy. Talk to Gertrude and ask about Bob's parents. She doesn't know anything about Bob's parents.

5. Reldo
Reldo is in the Varrock Palace library, north in the Varrock Palace north of Varrock Square. Talk to him and he will tell you a lore. Now, you need to talk to bob again, so use your enchanted amulet to find him.

6. Bob
Talk to him. When he is finished your kitten will come out. Your kitten will tell you that we can go to Sophanem and talk to sphinx.

7. Sphinx
Talk to it and it asks you if you want to see a cutscene. The cutscene is very cool and you should watch it, but if you don't have a lot of time then you should say no.

8. Unferth
Be prepared with all of your items. Run to Unferth and you will need to help him. Bob gave you a list of items you needed to do for Unferth. You will see a table with an empty glass and cake plate. Use your Chocolate Cake and your Milk with the table. Go to the patch over there and begin to rake the patch. Put some potato seeds and you need to wait until it's fully-grown. Use your shears on Unferth. Put some logs in the fireplace and burn the logs. Go to his bed and make the bed. Talk to him and he will tell you that he's sick. Now it's your turn to be a doctor.

9. Doctor
Head to the Apothecary, located in Varrock. He will tell you that you will need to play a doctor. You can choose doctors hat or nurses. Wear your white clothes or nurses and head to Unferth. Talk to him and give him the water vial. He will think he is cured and he will give you reward.
