Start:
To start the Do No Evil quest, head to the mastaba on the east-coast of the desert south of Uzer and speak with Senliten (Pharaoh queen).

Walkthrough
1.To begin this quest, you need to speak to Senliten (Pharaoh Queen). However, if you have not escourted Leela to Senliten you will need to do so. Senliten will inform you of a Monkey God, that used to be in Uzer around the time of her rule. You state that you know nothing of this god, so Senliten will tell you to go to Sophanem and speak to Jex and the Sphinx (take a cat/kitten) about Apmeken.
2.Once you arrive in Sophanem and speak to Jex and the Sphinx and learn of Apmeken, you need to return to Senliten. She will ask you to repopulate the desert with monkeys, you figure that the best place to get monkeys from is Ape Atoll. Therefore, head off to Ape Atoll.
3.You must equip your Gorilla gree-gree here. Enter the temple (during Monkey Madness) and speak to the 3 wise monkeys (See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil). You will be asked to remove your gree-gree to prove that you are a human, but first you need to get rid of the guard. Go grab green bananas from the crate and lay a trail back to the crate, avoiding the other gorillas.
4.Once you have distracted the guard, talk to one of the wise monkeys again. They will give you another test, to see if you really know of the monkey god Apmeken. The first answer to their questions is 'Baboon head' and the second is 'On the ape's shoulder'. They will then tell you to talk to King Awowogei about setting up a colony in the desert.
5.To convince King Awowogei of the pros of setting up a colony in the desert, you will need to get him a special choc ice (chimp ice - remember to take your M'Speak mould and 1k gold). Head over to Nardah and look for Rokuh. Talk to him to get the special choc ice. Rokuh will inform you that the magic keeping the choc ice frozen will wear off because of the strange shape. You will need to constantly cast ice magic (from ancients) on the choc ice, and you cannot teleport as this will destroy the choc ice. Return to King Awowogei (you can take boats and the glider from Tree Gnome Stronghold).
6.Awowogei informs you that he wants the colony built in the desert, and to take a barrel of monkeys along with you. Stop by the temple and pick up the three wise monkeys. Teleport back to the desert, then head southwest of the Mining camp, in-between the two hills and let the monkeys out. Talk to one of the monkeys to find they want a magic carpet routed to their position. You will need to go speak to Ali Morrisane.
7.Head over to Ali Morrisane and with your Ring of Charos convince him to make a carpet route to the monkeys. He will inform you of some lost metal boxes, and that he would like you to go speak to Ava to get her to make an attractor that will detect the metal boxes. He will give you a box for her to test on and send you on your way. Ava will make you a device (Ava's Alerter) and will want to test the device. She will take the box given to you by Ali and bury it somewhere in Draynor Manor (located below the fountain). Head there and dig it up, then return to Ava.
8.Now you can start you search for the crates. This will take a while, and you will get annoyed, but you will find them. (See pictures below for hints). Once you have found all the crates, you need to head back to the monkey colony. Speak to one of the wise monkeys to give them the rug, then get instructions on what else you need to build.
9.Build the monkeys a tent and 3 stalls. Fill the stalls with gems (Sapphire to Diamond x1), Bananas (x10) and a general store (Desert robe/skirt/boots x1, Knives x3, Waterskins x3). Return to the wise monkeys to find you have the wrong knives. They will inform you that they need monkey knives, only found on the Monkey knife fighters. Head over to Ape Atoll to find said monkeys.
10.The monkey knife fighters are in a building east of the monkey child (Monkey Madness). Wearing the gorilla gree-gree, knock out the monkey fighters and steal their knives (it is recommended that you take some food for this step). Return to the desert monkey colony. The monkeys then inform you that is all you need to do. return to Senliten to inform her of recent doings.
11.Upon arrival, watch a short cutscene of Osman arguing with Senliten and Leela. He will quickly sense that you are there and leave. Talk to Senliten. She will begin talking to you, then cut off mid sentence. Ask her what is wrong, and she will tell you to return to the Monkey Colony as quickly as possible. Head back to the colony.
12.When you get to the colony, you will find it decimated and burning. Examine one of the corpses, and attempt to speak to the ghost that appears. Attempt to attach your M'Speak amulet and Ghostspeak amulet to make a Cramulet. Talk to the Ghost monkey again to find that 3 masked murderers spirited the wise monkeys away. He will tell you that Iwazaru is in the Pollinveach Slayer Dungeon (take a Slayer helm or Masked Earmuffs).
13.Once your all kitted up, head to the Pollinveach Slayer Dungeon, then straight north from the ladder. Before going through the red wall, it is suggested to activate Protect Mage. After a quick talk, you will begin battle. As long as you remember to re-equip your Slayer helm/Masked Earmuffs, she's not that hard to drop. Once you have killed Leeuni, Apmuken will appear and tell you something, the spawn out. Grab Iwazaru and head back to the colony. Talk to the Ghost monkey to get your next location.
14.The Ghost monkey reveals that the location of the next monkey, Mizaru. Down in the Kalphite Queens lair so grab a rope and an anti-poison, stock up on foodstuffs and range ammo/armour and head off. Pray mage as you run through her lair, to the top of the other side of her chamber. Enter the tunnel and fight the next monkey. Range protect, and run circles around the chamber to prevent being hit by melee. Once you have killed Ayuni, Apmuken will spawn in again, say another snippet and disappear. Talk to Mizaru to get teleported back to the colony (you can explore other options).
15.Once back at the colony, talk to the Ghost Monkey to find the last location is in Uzer. Stock up and head on over. Enter the temple, pass right through the last door and fight the last boss. Pray magic during this fight. Once you have defeated Eruni, Apmuken spawns in once more, says her bit again, and leaves. Grab Kikazaru and head back to the colony again.
16.Have a talk to the three wise monkeys, then talk to Apmuken. Restore the colony once more, then head back to Senliten to complete the quest.
Extra Info
The Desert Shirt/Skirt, Desert boots and Waterskins can all be replaced by Enchanted Water Tiara
